LiD TOUR UPDATES

June 1, 2007 ... Parker, CO
This week in Parker was the first stop for our team and a good place to start the summer. With a mostly new team, it was amazing how fast the Lay iT Down park got set up. The team went out to local skate parks passing out flyers on the eve of the competition. This gave them a good feel for what a week of skate park outreach in other cities will be like during the rest of the summer. The competition had a good turn out in rollerblading, biking and skateboarding. After the competition, Brett gave his testimony for all the participants and spectators of how amazing God is. Everyone was also invited to hear 11 different bands perform throughout the rest of the day.
Coming out of the week, the team is excited for the rest of the summer and knows the Lord is going to use them in so many ways.
