Week 6
Monday
After a long and difficult weekend our schedule picked
right back up this morning with classes.

After a quick lunch we had another great time with
our handicaped indiginous friends.

Tuesday

It is amazing how much more time it takes to get around
when having to wait on the bus. I simple run to the
grocery store can take hours. The kids almost always
enjoy the bus especially when the nab the back seat
and get to pull the cord at the stop.

Open markets are the best place the get fruits and
veggies.
Wednesday

Almost every evening we have a whole host of kids
around the home. Many of the girls have an interest
in learning English so Scarlet is happy to "play
school". The ability to speak English in Costa
Rica can almost sure you of a job and better wages
due to the high amount of tourism and a large number
of US companies opening operations here.
Thursday

Today we held our last sports clinic in the school
and we had another good turn out. It has been exciting
to see how many of the kids really enjoy basketball.

Jenni used the time of closing to share the ball of
many colors. The kids were still and attentive as
she asked them questions.

It was a time of discipleship for the believers and
in the end 3 kids ask Jesus into their hearts.

The ball of many colors continues to be a big draw.
Here are this weeks two winners.
Prayer requests
- Next week we travel to David, Panama so visit some
friends and work on planning a missions for next year.
